I've been meaning to post about the last day of our Semester 1 as TESLians in IPG Tawau.
It has been a rollarcoaster of a semester.
It still feels like it was only recently that I cried to my roommate about how terribly homesick I was about family.
How I struggled to get used to the new surroundings in Tawau.
How I would cry because everything just didn't seem right and how everyone in my class was not the same like my old classmates.
How I filled my evenings by washing my clothes by hand everyday just so I wouldn't feel the emptiness of my new life *ehemm,ehemm*
I can only laugh and do the facepalm everytime I remember my condition back then. Kinda pathetic :/
Everything is back to normalcy now. I'm currently updating my blog in Bullfrog Kitchen Cafe cos I was tired of feeling like a dead driftwood, continuosly checking other people's blog and updates on Facebook in the dark. So I came outside for the fresh air (now filled with cigarette smoke and the sound of billiard balls knocking each other).
Anyway, I'm glad I met new friends during my Sem 1. So many things have happened in the period of 6 months..

Like they say, it's only the beginning of everything. I have mixed feelings about next next year. Hopefully I'll be strong to face everything that'll come my way and my friends that will be by my side when I need them.
